Shipping Policy:

  • We offer free shipping within Europe on some orders otherwise will delivery price be calculated in the cart.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by location, but most orders will arrive within 7-10 business days to the destination country.
  • We use local post and send from Sweden with Postnord for all our shipments and provide tracking information for an extra fee.
  • We are not responsible for any customs or duties fees that may be incurred for international shipments.

Returns Policy:

  • We accept returns for any reason within 10 days of the original purchase date.
  • All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the original packaging and any included documentation.
  • To request a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the return is the result of our error (e.g. you received the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy:

  • We offer exchanges for any reason within 10 days of the original purchase date.
  • To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or refund.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and will replace it with a new one at no additional cost to you.

International Shipping:

Please note that below estimated delivery time is from Sweden to respective country. When the delivery has reached your country can it take extra time depending on your local post office services.
